A downloadable game

NeverDone is a random room dungeon hack and slash where a hero believes their journey is done. They defeated the Lich and located her last phylactery in the center of this dungeon. Alas, it was a trap and now the hero has to escape an ever expanding dungeon with the phylactery. Withstand the lich’s minions in an attempt to escape and destroy the lich once and for all.

FUTURE PLANS

  • Add two playable characters to the Hero’s Party (Rogue, Scholar, Warrior) with move sets and abilities unique to them.
  • Add detail to rooms
  • Add more detail and bits of humour to story for final game. This prototype just has hints that was more feasible for time
  • Add more room shapes
  • Adjust foley timing and length
  • Add chests and items to help on journey
  • Add room types (enviroment)
  • Add more enemies to go with room types
  • Add dyslexic font option
  • Add controller support and button remapping
  • Make boss health bar unique from hero health bar in boss battle
  • Add volume controls
  • Attempt to remake foley
  • Get music made for game and hire a muscian
  • Add a fear mechanic
  • Change the gameplay to turn based
  • Add abilities and descriptions to the enemy and playable character moves
  • Add puzzles for player to solve in order to get items needed to escape dungeons
  • Refine art style and ui
  • Make a web version of prototype/demo
